Two more bodies found in Jhalakathi ship fire incident, one remains missing


 

Two more bodies were recovered by BIWTA's rescue team in the fire incident of OT Sagar Nandini-2 in Sugandha river in Jhalakathi on Monday.

The deceased were identified as supervisor Masudur Rahman Belal, 35, and driver Ruhul Amin, 32.

So far, three bodies have been recovered from the incident. Master Sarwar Khan is still missing.

An inquiry committee has been formed by the Deputy Commissioner for the incident. The investigation team, headed by Additional Deputy Commissioner Md Ruhul Amin, has started the investigation and is expected to submit its report to the deputy commissioner tomorrow.
