Rupali Chowdhury, Managing Director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited and Kedar Lele, CEO and Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh Limited have been elected President and Vice-President of the newly executive committee of the Foreign Investor’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).

The FICCIg ot 15-member new executive committee for next two years beginning from December 1, said a press release on Sunday.

After announcing the new committee, the current President and Managing Director of British American Tobacco Bangladesh Ltd Shehzad Munim said during his tenure, FICCI has achieved a lot and he personally believes this organisation will achieve many more under the new leadership.

Rupali Chowdhury, the new president of FICCI said they will try their best to continue the progress and set FICCI in a new height.

“We also will try to increase foreign investment, and help Bangladesh government to fulfill their dreams,” she said.

The new committee announcement and the 56th AGM were conducted by FICCI’s Executive Director TI M Nurul Kabir.
