Four people, including a child, were injured as two crude bombs exploded in front of a polling station at Hazaribagh Battala in the capital on Sunday.
The injured were identified as Amir Hossain, 60, Badal Ahmed, 50, his son Tanvir Ahmed, 8 and Maksuda Begum, 50.
Witnesses said miscreants exploded two crude bombs e in front of Battala Jamia Anwarul Uloom Madrasa around 11:30 am, leaving the four people injured.
The injured were taken to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital, said Inspector Bachhu Mia, in-charge of the police outpost at the hospital.
However, the victims sustained minor injuries and now they are out of danger, he said.
