BNP Vice Chairman Abdullah Al Noman has said the fall of the government is not far away.
"People cannot be organized without movement and struggle. So we have to focus on the movement. Success will come. The fall of the government is not far away. We are close to victory," he said on Saturday.

Noman was addressing a rally organized by Chattogram North District BNP from Nasimon Bhaban premises on Saturday afternoon to celebrate BNP’s founding anniversary.
“The election commissioner has said one thing, ‘this year's vote will not be held at night, it will be during the day.’ In other words, they also admitted that the previous vote took place the night before,” said the BNP leader.

“The economic condition of the country is bad. People don't get to eat two meals a day. Many Jubo Dal, Chhatra Dal leaders are in jail today. The country is in crisis today. Sheikh Hasina is torturing the people to stay in power. Therefore, the government has to be brought down through agitation,” he added.

“Today, the money that is being looted from mega projects is taking the country towards destruction,” Noman also said.
Convener of Chattogram North District BNP Golam Akbar Khandaker presided over the rally. BNP divisional Organising Secretary Mahbubur Rahman Shamim and Central BNP member Barrister Mir Helal Uddin were present as special guests.
