The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the T20I squad for their upcoming series against Afghanistan, set to be played in Sylhet next month.
The matches will be held at the Sylhet International Stadium on July 14th and 16th.

The BCB has included leg-spinner Rishad Hossain in the team. He played only one T20I earlier this year against Ireland in Chattogram. Shakib Al Hasan, who missed the one-off Test against Afghanistan in Dhaka, will lead the Bangladesh side in this T20I series.
Before this series, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will take on in a three-match ODI series in Chattogram.

In the recently-concluded Test match against Afghanistan, Bangladesh secured a remarkable victory by a margin of 546 runs, which is their biggest win in Test cricket to date. This victory also stands as the largest margin of victory by any Test team in the last 89 years.
