Tickets for Biman Bangladesh Airlines' Dhaka-Toronto route are up for sale now.
The sales started at 5:30pm Saturday, Tahera Khondoker, deputy general manager (public relations) of Biman said.
Marking Independence Day, Biman will launch its commercial test flight to Toronto, Canada on March 26.
Passengers will be able to buy tickets from the national flag carrier's commercial website, sales centres, call centres and authorised travel agencies.
Flyers who want to travel to Bangladesh from Canada can get tickets from the airline's website or sales centres or authorised travel agencies located in Bangladesh.
On March 26, flight BG305 from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka will leave for Toronto Pearson International Airport at 11pm (local time) and land in Toronto at 7:15am on March 27 (local time).
The return flight BG306 from Toronto will depart at 10am (local time) on March 29 and land in Dhaka at 12:15pm on March 30 (local time).
Biman has asked flyers to carry proof of a valid negative molecular test taken within 72 hours of their scheduled flight's departure time to Canada.
