Dhaka, Apr 8 (UNB) - Twelve tests of the ongoing Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations have been rescheduled because of the observance of Holy Shab-e-Barat which is scheduled to be held on April 21.
The examinations of three subjects of April 17 and 18 each and four of 22 will now be held on May 9, 11 and 12 respectively.
Besides, the tests of May 4 and May 6 will be held from 2pm instead of 10am on the day.
Holy Shab-e-Barat, the night of fortune and forgiveness, will be observed in the country on the night of April 21.
The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations of 2019 began on April 1.
