The High Court on Thursday said as the relevant authorities have taken necessary steps prioritising the ISKCON issue and now there is no need for court intervention .
The High Court bench of of Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Debasish Roy Chowdhury made the remarks in response to a petition seeking a ban on ISKCON and the imposition of Section 144 in Chattogram and Rangpur to prevent any potential incidents.

The Attorney General's office presented the information about the Hindu religious organisation before the High Court.
The court expressed hope that the government would remain vigilant in maintaining law and order and safeguarding lies and properties of the people of Bangladesh.
Deputy Attorney General Md. Asad Uddin told the court that the government has taken action on this issue with the highest priority.
Three separate cases were filed in connection with the murder of lawyer Saiful Islam Alif and ISKCON's activities, and 33 accused were arrested in these cases.
"After reviewing the CCTV footage, six individuals have been identified as being involved in the incident. We are hopeful that further questioning of those arrested will lead to more information," he said.

Asad Uddin added, "Law enforcement agencies, including the police, are actively engaged. This is not just in Chattogram, but in every location where such incidents have been reported or observed. The government is treating this matter with the utmost priority."
Earlier, Supreme Court lawyer Md Monir Uddin submitted the petition drawing attention of the court regarding several media reports published about ISKCON.
The petitioner sought a ban on ISKCON and issuance of section 144 in Chattogram and Rangpur to ward off any unwanted incident.
On Tuesday, advocate Saiful Islam Alif was hacked to death amid clashes between police and ISKCON supporters on Chattogram court premises after it rejected bail to former ISKCON leader Chinmoy Krishna Das in a sedition case.
Seven to eight people were injured in the clashes.
