Dhaka, Jun 4 (UNB) – Parts of Bangladesh, including the capital, will likely be battered by rain in the next two days, when majority of the country’s Muslims will celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr, their biggest religious festival.
“Intermittent light to moderate rain may occur across the country,” Arif Hossain, a meteorologist, told UNB on Tuesday. “The situation is likely to remain unchanged for the next two or three days.”
Dhaka recorded moderate rainfall in the morning.
In a bulletin on Monday night, the Met Office said that the temperature may rise slightly all over the country.
