The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Dhaka and the Korean Community Association in Bangladesh donated blankets, facial masks and confectionery to the children of Sarkari Shishu Paribar.
South Korean Ambassador to Bangladesh Lee Jang-Keun and Korean Community Association President Yoo Yong-oh visited the institute in the capital and handed over the items.

This was the second visit of the Korean community in Dhaka to Shishu Paribar.
During the event, the girls of the institute showed their talents by singing songs, dancing, reciting poetry and K-pop performances.
In December 2020 Ambassador Lee, Korea International Cooperation Agency, and the Korean Community Association in Bangladesh donated school supplies and Covid-19 preventive items to the institute.
The embassy in collaboration with the Korean community plans to undertake various programmes to engage the local community to deepen bilateral ties, said the mission.
