The closing arguments in Major (retd) Sinha Md Rashed Khan murder trial remained incomplete after a Cox’s Bazar court adjourned leaving OC Pradeep’s chief lawyer Rana Dasgupta's arguments incomplete.
The arguments were presented before District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Ismail who heard the arguments from 10 am to 5 pm on Tuesday.
The prosecutors expect the arguments to be completed by Wednesday.
They said this was preplanned murder as Sinha was shot even after the APBN saluted him.
Prosecutor Muhammad Jahangir said Sinha's case had become a matter of self-defense, self-confession and suicide for the police as after trying so much for face saving finally they will be punished.
