The State Minister came up with the remarks while attending a policy dialogue organised by the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC) in Savar.
The country would face rapid changes in the upcoming two decades; he said adding that “We must cope with the upcoming changes in commerce, agriculture, industry, economy and different sectors of technology.”
The country should take proper preparation to sustain after facing all such challenges, he added.
Standard policy and its implementation is necessary to achieve government’s targets which largely depends on the skills and capacity of government officials, he said.
“To face the future challenges and achieve desired target of the country, we have to build up more skilled working forces,” he said.
