100gm monkfish tails, 100 king prawns, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, Half tsp turmeric powder, 2 pinches nutmeg, 2 garlic cloves, Half inch ginger, 1 green chilli, 10 sprigs of fresh coriander, 1 tsp thick yoghurt

Lemony prawn pasta recipe
Ingredients
2 courgettes, chopped, 200g cooked and peeled prawns, 150g pasta, 1 lemon, 1 tbsp black pepper, 2 tbsp chives, 200g soft cheese

First, cook the pasta and courgette in salted water for 10-12 minutes and then drain them. Then, take the cheese and 3 tbsp of water in a pan and stir over low heat as long as the cheese has melted. Ingredients
350g pasta, 1 tbsp olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, 5 tbsp crème fraîche, 1 lemon, juiced, 200g smoked salmon, 30g fresh chives

1 tbsp olive oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 tbsp curry paste, 400ml coconut milk, 400g chopped tomatoes, 500g king prawns, 1 lemon, zested, a handful of fresh coriander, rice to serve

2 white fish( sea fish), 100ml lemon juice, 150gm whole-grain mustard, 25gm chopped garlic, 2 banana leaves, 1/2 cup carrot
