A bout of heavy rain drenched Dhaka city this morning, disrupting commute and the work day in general. Rain started in Dhaka city around 9 am and it lasted for about an hour and half. The Met Office recorded 37 mm of rainfall in the capital, said meteorologist Shahinul Islam.
