Instructions
First, boil a large pot of lightly salted water and cook the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, until it reaches an al dente texture. Drain the pasta and place it back into the pot.
Then, add the butter, garlic, Cheddar cheese, Gouda cheese, and Parmesan cheese in the same pot. Cook and stir over low heat. Do not use too much heat to prevent the cheese become stringy. Next, gradually stir in the blue cheese dressing and milk, continuing to cook until the pasta is evenly coated. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
