Directions
First, fry the semai with ghee then add sugar, and powdered milk, mix well and cook for 7-8 minutes. After that, prepare the cream. Spread 1/4 of fried semai in a serving dish and pour all the cream gently on the whole semai and let it cool. Finally, spread the rest of the semai well and add cashews, and nuts, and enjoy.

Ingredients
150-gram vermicelli / semai, 2/3 cup ghee, 2/3 cup sugar, ½ cup dry fruits and nuts, 1/3 cup orange, 1 tbsp orange rind, 2 cardamom pods, 1” cinnamon stick
Directions
First, make spice water by boiling 2 ½ cups of water and allspice. After that, fry the semai and add nuts, and raisins, and again fry for 1-minute. Now add spiced water and cook till the water dries up. Finally, add sugar, orange rind, and cook until sugar mixes well. It is ready now to enjoy.

Ingredients
250 grams Laccha, 1 Litre Liquid milk, 3 tablespoons Powder milk, Sugar as required, 2 teaspoons Condensed milk, 4-6 pieces cardamom, Nuts 1/2 cups, 8-10 pieces Keyism, 1 pinch salt, 2 teaspoon Chee
Directions
First, take the liquid milk with salt, sugar, cardamom, and heat. Make sure you add the powder and condensed milk into it when they will warm 40%. After finishing cooking, keep them aside for 80% cooling. Then fry the laccha semai with ghee until it becomes a light brown color and let it cool 80%. Ingredients
