Bangladesh has made big strides in the past few years and Walton is a showcase of such progress, said German Ambassador to Bangladesh Peter Fahrenholtz after visiting Walton Hi-Tech Park in Gazipur's Chandra Thursday. He also hoped that Walton would become a global market player. "Today, I witnessed that Walton invested good enough in advanced technologies' machinery – mostly from Germany – to produce quality products," the envoy said. On Thursday morning, Walton Hi-Tech Industries Managing Director Engineer Golam Murshed welcomed the German envoy and the deputy head of mission.
