Passengers, including Chinese citizens bound for China by flight, are required to go through double nucleic acid tests respectively in both following test agencies - Novus Clinical Research Services Ltd and International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b) - within 48 hours before boarding and obtain negative test results.
The Chinese passengers have been requested to upload the WeChat Health Code app photos of passport copy and negative nucleic acid tests results, to be verified by the Embassy.
A green health code with the “HS” mark will be issued by the Embassy if approved.
The green code has to be presented to the airline authorities before boarding.
Foreign passengers have been requested to email scanned copies of the negative nucleic acid tests results along with the passport information page and the signed Health Declaration Form to the Chinese Embassy mailbox.
The Embassy will stamp the certified Health Declaration Form back to the passenger if approved.
Passengers are advised to print the form and present it to the airline authorities before boarding.
