Health authorities detected 1,950 new cases and 35 more deaths of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours on Tuesday. 

After remaining in home isolation for days, city dwellers are becoming restless and have already started avoiding social distancing and hygiene guidelines.

People were seen hovering around parks and public places without wearing any facemasks or maintaining any social distance.

The same scenario appeared in the public transports were commuters were seen sitting next to each other closely with little distance.

Along with all these anomalies, increasing amounts of plastic and domestic wastes are dumped beside the road also making the capital unlivable and triggering acute environmental hazards.
