“We probably couldn’t properly realise your (youths’) feelings and thoughts so long…the youth community will move ahead upholding the common people’s interests instead of surrendering to any particular political party or leader,” he said.
B Chowdhury, also a former President, came up with the remarks while inaugurating a ‘youth publicity campaign, ‘Plan-B’, of Projonmo Bangladesh, an associate organisation of BDB, at Krishibid Institution Bangladesh.
He hoped that the country will remain safe in the hands of the young generation who want a positive change in politics.
Speaking at the programme, BDB joint secretary general Mahi B Chowdhury said the Plan-B’s organisational structure has been made with an aim to ensure a politics of balance by uniting the youth.
He said they will take to the streets together with youths and carry out a movement in a peaceful manner without indulging in violence to bring a positive change in the country’s politics. “We won’t deviate from our position even if any attack is made on us.”
