Diplomatic Correspondents Association, Bangladesh (DCAB) on Tuesday expressed its profound sorrow at the passing of Begum Khaleda Zia, three-time former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson.

In a message of condolence issued by DCAB President AKM Moinuddin and General Secretary Md. Arifuzzaman Mamun, DCAB noted that her historic role in the struggle to establish democracy, uphold a multi-party political culture, and safeguard the rights of the people of Bangladesh will be remembered with deep respect and gratitude.
