The July National Charter 2025 is set to be signed on October 15 at the South Plaza of the Jatiya Sangsad (National Parliament).
The decision was made at an NCC meeting held on Thursday at its office in the National Parliament Complex.
The historic signing ceremony will be led by Chief Adviser and Chairman of the National Consensus Commission (NCC) Professor Muhammad Yunus.
NCC to place its final recommendations on July Charter by October 15
Representatives from various political parties and alliances are expected to attend the event.
During the meeting, members reviewed expert opinions and recommendations gathered from five rounds of discussions with political parties regarding the implementation process of the July Charter.
The NCC expressed hope that the Commission would soon submit its implementation recommendations and the finalised version of the July National Charter to the government after analysing the feedback received from experts and political stakeholders.

NCC Vice-Chair Professor Ali Riaz presided over the meeting, which was attended by Commission members Dr Badiul Alam Majumdar, Justice Md Emdadul Haque, Dr Iftekharuzzaman and Dr Md Aiyub Miah. Chief Adviser’s Special Assistant Monir Haidar was also present.
