President Abdul Hamid on Wednesday congratulated the Bangladesh Under-19 Women Football team on winning the SAF U-19 Football championship.

The President said the victory will re-introduce Bangladesh to the football world.

He hoped that Bangladesh team will cintinue to win more such trophies.

Bangladesh beat India by 1-0 in the final held at Bir Shrestha Sipahi Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalpur.
