Salesforce, the world’s leading AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) platform, has successfully launched the inaugural edition of “MuleSoft Connect: AI” in Dhaka, aiming to accelerate digital transformation for enterprises in Bangladesh.
The event brought together business and technology leaders from major organisations to explore how MuleSoft—Salesforce’s unified platform for integration, automation, and AI-powered orchestration—can help businesses modernize legacy systems, connect fragmented data, and build resilient, AI-ready foundations.
“MuleSoft is designed to be the digital backbone for enterprises transitioning into the AI era,” said Nehal Mehta, Regional Vice President and Country Head of MuleSoft India at Salesforce, during her keynote address. “Bangladesh is at the threshold of a new digital era, where AI and automation will shape the next wave of enterprise innovation. Integration is no longer optional—it’s foundational.”
Mehta also emphasized Salesforce’s strategic commitment to Bangladesh, adding, “We are dedicated to supporting the region through MuleSoft’s secure, scalable, and intelligent platform, enabling enterprises to fast-track innovation and deliver enhanced experiences to employees, customers, and partners.”
The MuleSoft platform includes powerful tools such as the Anypoint Platform for API management and integration, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Salesforce Flow, and Composer. These tools allow enterprises to streamline operations, connect data across systems, manage Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, and enable AI agents to interact with third-party data—critical capabilities in building future-ready, autonomous enterprises.
Throughout the event, real-world use cases and technical demonstrations showcased how MuleSoft empowers organizations to move from siloed architectures to secure, interconnected ecosystems with measurable business outcomes.
As Bangladesh's economy increasingly embraces digitization, the demand for intelligent and scalable platforms is growing. Businesses across sectors—from manufacturing and banking to public services—are turning to AI to boost productivity, enhance citizen services, and drive innovation.
Local partners with deep knowledge of the Bangladeshi market are playing a key role in this transformation, bringing the technical expertise and certifications needed to ensure successful implementation of AI-powered solutions tailored to local business needs.
Salesforce’s launch of “MuleSoft Connect: AI” in Dhaka marks a significant step toward positioning Bangladesh as a regional hub for AI-led enterprise innovation.
