The International Crimes Tribunal-1 asked police to submit before it the investigation report against 15 accused in a case filed over the killing of Ashabul Yeamin in Savar during last year's anti-discrimination movement within one month.
The three-member tribunal, led by Chairman Justice Md Golam Mortuza Majumder passed the order after hearing two separate petitions filed seeking time.
The tribunal also fixed September 14 for the next hearing in the case.
The ICT also fixed November 12 for submission of the investigation report against the accused including Sheikh Hasina in the case filed over Shapla Chattar mass killing during the Hefazat-e-Islam's rally on May 5, 2013.
Among the 15 accused in the Yeamin murder case, four were policemen and seven were in jail while the others went into hiding.

Police produced the seven accused before the tribunal amid tight security.
Yeamin, a 4th year student of Computer Science and Engineering Department of Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), was killed on July 18, 2024 during the July uprising at Savar Bazar Bus Stand.
He was fatally shot near the Savar bus stand in a police firing incident involving an armored personnel carrier (APC).
Eyewitnesses and video footage circulating on social media alleged that police dragged his body from the scene and dumped it near Pakijar Moar sparking nationwide outrage.
Although at first the body appeared lifeless, it was later established that Yeamin was still alive at that point.
That made it a shocking abdication of responsibility on the part of police, who completely neglected their duty to get him medical assistance.
On August 18, 2024, a case was filed against Awami League President and former prime minister Sheikh Hasina and 20 others on charge of indiscriminate firing on a rally of Hefazat-e-Islam at Motijheel's Shapla Chattar on May 5, 2013.
Among the 21 accused, four were produced before the court. They were former state minister for home Shamsul Haque Tuku, former army personnel Zia Ahsan, former IGP AKM Shahidul Haque and former deputy inspector general Molla Nazrul Islam.
