Police recovered the decomposed body of an unidentified young man, with his hands and legs tied up, from a house at Tigerpass in Khulshi area of Chattogram port city on Monday.
Shahidur Rahman, inspector (investigation) of Khulshi Police Station, said getting bad smell from the tin-shed house near Tigerpass Railway colony, local people informed the matter to police.
Later, police recovered the decomposed body after breaking open the lock of the door.
The hands, legs and mouth of the body, aged about 33-35, was found tied up.

Police suspected that miscreants might have killed him and fled away after putting the door of the room under lock and key.
However, police are trying to find out the reason behind the murder and his identification.
