This inaugural event coincided with the Autumn Training Camp, running from October 22 to 26, 2023. It welcomed ISD and non-ISD students, aged 6 to 17, and will conclude with participants receiving certificates.
The programme, influenced by FC Barcelona's esteemed approach, instills the club's core values. The Barca Academy has a storied history of developing football stars like Andrés Iniesta, Sergio Busquets, Lionel Messi, and Gerard Piqué.

Sessions focus on precise technique refinement and match-paced consistency, offering comprehensive position insights and Barca's methodology in ball possession, spatial awareness, and decision-making. Key values of humility, ambition, respect, and teamwork are emphasised.
STS Group CEO Manas Singh expressed pride in introducing Barca Academy to Bangladesh via ISD, highlighting the mission to offer students exceptional training.
