CA Dr Yunus greets cricketers for winning Under-19 Asia Cup

Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus on Sunday congratulated the Bangladesh youth cricket team for winning the Asian Cricket Council Under-19 Asia Cup.

"On behalf of the proud nation, I congratulate you for the international victory in the month of victory,” he said in a message.

U-19 Asia Cup Cricket: Bangladesh beat India to win 2nd consecutive title

Bangladesh's Under-19 team won their second Asian Cricket Council Under-19 Asia Cup title with a commanding 59-run victory over India in the final at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

The win is a milestone for Bangladesh, defeating the most successful team in the competition’s history to secure the trophy. Bangladesh’s first Asia Cup win came last year when they beat the hosts United Arab Emirates in 2023.
