Due to inclement weather, the first ODI between Bangladesh and New Zealand in Mirpur has been shortened to a 42-over match on Thursday.
Rain interrupted play after 4.2 overs at approximately 2:22 pm, leading to a two-hour pause in the match.
Under the revised playing conditions, each side can bat a maximum of 42 overs. Two bowlers can deliver a maximum of nine overs each, while three bowlers can bowl a maximum of eight overs each.
