BYLC, a leadership institute, arranged it first youth carnival in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the NGO Affairs Bureau, said a press release.

Along with sessions, panel discussions, workshops and short talks featuring youth leaders of Bangladesh, the carnival will include various stalls and other activities that keep youth in the centre while progressing towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The two-day national carnival will focus on the development of the youth of Bangladesh through increasing their awareness in learning leadership and professional development skills for future career development and practicing active citizenship for strengthening prosperity, justice, and inclusiveness in societies, it said.

state minister for Youth and Sports Zahid Ahsan Russel, founder and chairman of SBK Tech Ventures and SBK Foundation  and former managing director of Microsoft Bangladesh Sonia Bashir Kabir, special assistant to PM Shah Ali Farhad,  film actor and founder of Nirapad Sarak Chai Andolon Illias Kanchon, Executive Director of Brac Bangladesh Asif Saleh, founder and CEO of 10 Minute School Ayman Sadiq,  and Country Director and CEO of  Kazi IT Center Limited Zara Mahbub will join the carnival as speakers.

Besides, popular singers and music bands including Artcell, Arnob and Friends, Avoid Rafa, Elita, Chitropot and Revolutus will perform at the carnival.
