Youth Carnival of Dhaka Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) was inaugurated at the Government College of Physical Education in Mohammadpur on Friday.

A two day youth carnival, organized by Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center,  kicks off on Friday at Government College of Physical Education , Mohammadpur in the city.
