Mohammadpur Police Station’s Officer-in-Charge Ali Iftekhar Hasan along with two other inspectors of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have been transferred.
DMP Commissioner Sheikh Sajjat Ali issued the transfer orders on Sunday.
According to the order, OC Ali Iftekhar Hasan of Mohammadpur Police Station has been transferred to the Detective Branch (DB) of DMP. He has been raplaced by OC Kazi Md Rafiq Ahmed of Shah Ali Police Station.
Meanwhile, Inspector Md Golam Azam of DMP’s transport division has been transferred to Shah Ali Police Station ad its new OC.
The order takes immediate effect, it added.
