Four teams—Channel i, ATN News, Deepto TV, and Danik Inqilab-- reached the semifinals of the Walton-Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU) six-a-side Media Football Tournament eliminating their rivals in the quarterfinals at the Shaheed (Capt) M Monsur Ali National Handball Stadium on Monday.
In the semifinals on Tuesday, Channel i will play ATN News at 10 am, while Deepto TV will encounter Danik Inqilab at 10:30 am.

The final match between the two winning semifinalists will also be held on Tuesday at 11:30 am at the same venue.
In the day's quarterfinals, ATN News eliminated Ekattor TV, beating them by 2-1 goals in tie tiebreaker; defending champion Channel i beat Banglavision by 2-1 goals; Deepto TV outplayed ATN Bangla by 3-0 goals; and Inqilab defeated NTV by 2-1 goals.

DRU General Secretary Moinul Hasan Sohel, welfare secretary Tanveer Ahmed and sports secretary Mahbubur Rahman, among others, were present in the day's matches.
Fifty media houses from different newspapers, news agencies, and electronics media are taking part in the tournament, exclusive to journalists.
