Dhaka, July 30 (UNB) - The visually-impaired are often seen as the burden of a family and educationally they usually cannot be expected to compete with able-bodied students of the country but Md Shakil Khan, a visually-impaired HSC examinee, has proven otherwise obtaining GPA-5 this year.
