An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 hit 36 km NE of Lospalos, Timor Leste at 02:36:05 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said. The epicenter, with a depth of 51.37 km, was initially determined to be at 8.2677 degrees south latitude and 127.2117 degrees east longitude.
