Govt reviews progress on anti-money laundering measures
The interim government on Monday discussed anti-money laundering issues and reviewed the progress over the measures taken so far.
Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus presided over the meeting.
The meeting was held at the State Guest House Jamuna.
Talking to reporters at the Foreign Service Academy, Chief Adviser's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam said it was an important meeting chaired by the Chief Adviser on the recovery of laundered money and assets abroad.

The meeting discussed the steps taken so far and the progress made in this regard, he said.
Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed, Special Envoy Lutfey Siddiqi and Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Ahsan H Mansur were, among others, present.
