The fire alarm, part of the academy’s fire safety system, was suddenly triggered at approximately 12:20pm during a dialogue between political parties and the National Consensus Commission held at the Foreign Service Academy.
In response, on-duty employees promptly inspected the premises to identify the source of the alarm.
An initial investigation found no signs of fire or smoke.
Despite the absence of immediate danger, authorities have decided to conduct a more thorough investigation to ensure overall safety and prevent similar incidents in the future.
