Nazmul Huda Raju has been appointed as Assistant Private Secretary (APS) to Environment, Forest and Climate Change Minister Abdul Awal Mintoo. The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Monday. Raju has long been associated with the Mintoo family. He also served as a member of the central committee of Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal, the youth wing of the BNP.
