Marcel fridge customer gets Tk 1 lakh worth cash voucher in Noakhali
Alauddin, an automechanic from Chowmuhani town under Begumganj upazila of Noakhali district, has received Tk1 lakh worth cash voucher after he had purchased a Marcel brand refirgerator.
He was awarded the cash voucher as per the customer benefits declared in the ongoing nationwide Marcel Digitial Campaign Season-19, according to a press release.
Prior to him, Rafikul Islam from Trishal of Mymensingh also got Tk1 lakh worth cash voucher under the campaign’s season-19.

Marcel’s Brand Ambassador Popular Film Actor Amin Khan on Wednesday officially handed over Tk1 cash vourcher to Alauddin at a function held at the Marcel distributor showroom ‘Borna Electronics’ in the town.
Among others, by Marcel Distributor Network (South) In-charge Nurul Islam Rubel and Borna Electronics’ Proprietor Millat Hossain, were also attended the programme.
In the Season-19, customers are offered free cash voucher up to Tk1 lash or sure cashback on the purchase of any model of Marcel fridge from any showroom across the country. Customers will get the benefit until December 31 this year.

The cash voucher awardee ‘Alauddin’ bought a Marcel brand refrigerator worth of Tk48,490 at installment with the downpayment of Tk12,000 on November 21. Then his name, mobile number and the model number of his purchased refrigeraor were registaerd digitally. After completing the digital registration, he received an SMS from Marcel with the notification that he was awarded Tk1 lakh worth cash voucher.
With that cash voucher, he purchased various marcel products, including fridge, LED TV, gas stove, fry pen, blender and some other essential electronics items.
Expressing gratitude to the authorities of Marcel, he said, this is the first time he got some benefits from a company.

Marcel Digital Campaign Season 17 begins
Electronics brand Marcel has launched its Digital Campaign Season 17.
Under the "Grand Houseful Offer," customers can get cash vouchers of up to Tk1 lakh and products on the purchase of refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners (ACs), and washing machines, Marcel said in a media statement Sunday.
The announcement of Digital Campaign Season 17 was made at a programme in Dhaka recently.
The offers of the campaign will be available till April 30, 2023, Marcel said.

Sports Bangla clinch 2nd Division Chess League title
Sports Bangla emerged as champions of the Marcel 2nd Division Chess League with one match to spare, securing 16 points after the eighth-round matches held at the Bangladesh Chess Federation hall room and NSC conference room Thursday.
In today's match, Sports Bangla defeated Nurul Islam Smriti Pathagar by 3.5-1.5 game points.
Agrani Bank Chess remained in the second slot with 13 points and Deepali Memorial Club (1) in the third position with 12 points.
The teams, who shared the fourth position with 11 points are BD Chess in School, Aimers, Ipsa Chess BD, Debonair Chess Club, Bangladesh Police Prime Chess Club, Nurul Islami Smriti Pathagar and Elegant International Chess Academy.
In today's other matches, Agrani Bank beat Bangladesh Police by 4-0 game points, Dipali Memorial beat Morning Glory Chess Club by 3-1 game points, Ipsha Chess beat Asad Chess Club by 2.5 -1.5 game points, and BD Chess in School beat Dabaru Spandan Chess Club by 4-0 game points.

Marcel provides up to Tk 8,000 discounts on television
Marcel is providing up to Tk 8,000 discounts on its 24–43-inch basic LED and Android smart television sets.
The customer benefits are being given under the ‘Best TV Deal’ campaign which can be availed by buying TV sets from any Marcel showroom across the country from July 1 and will be continued until further notice, the company said in a statement.
It said a discount of Tk 8,000 is being given on 43-inch basic LED TV. Customers can now buy the TV at only Tk 27,900. Another discount of Tk 6,090 is applicable for its 43-inch Android TV and customers are getting it at Tk 32,900. A discount of Tk 5, 000 is being given on Marcel's 32-inch Basic LED and Android TVs which now cost Tk 13,900 and Tk 22,900 respectively.

Meanwhile, a discount of Tk 5,000 is applied for Marcel's 40-inch basic LED TV. Customers are getting it at Tk 25,900 while Tk 4,000 discount is available for 40-inch Android TV and it costs only Tk 28,900. The 24-inch LED TV has been priced at Tk 11,900 under the Best TV Deal campaign.

Marcel has launched Digital Campaign Season 11 all over the country with many offers for customers under its "Eid Celebration" programme ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

Marcel feature phones hit local market
Local brand Marcel has started its journey in the country's mobile phone market with "Made in Bangladesh" tagged feature phones.
Marcel is known to the domestic customers for its electrical and home appliance products including refrigerator, TV and AC.
On Thursday, Marcel announced the launch of its mobile phone marketing activities at a ceremony held in the capital.

The brand released three models of feature phones in the market. The phones were manufactured at Marcel's factory in Gazipur's Chandra.
Models of the newly launched phones are Axino A01, A25 and B50.
The phones, which come with different prices and configurations, have 16GB microSD card support, digital camera, FM radio with recording facility, full multimedia, internet browsing, Facebook, Bangla keypad, and many other features.

Marcel Mobile Project Operation Manager Habibur Rahman Tuhin said, "We are producing mobile phones following the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard. Also, Marcel has its research and development (R&D) wing for producing the latest mobile phones."
Golam Morshed, managing director of the brand, said: "Marcel has already established its strong position in the market. I expect Marcel mobile phones will be at the top of the customers' choice with its latest features and smartphones."
There will be a 30-day replacement guarantee and 1-year after-sales service on Marcel phones. The brand is set to bring smartphones soon, too, read a press release.

Bangladeshi electronics brand Marcel has started Season-10 of its digital campaign across the country.
Under the campaign, consumers – buying Marcel fridge, television, air conditioner and washing machine – will have the opportunity to get another AC, TV or fan for free. They can also get cashback, cash vouchers or discounts.

The launch of "Digital Campaign Season 10" was announced at separate declaration programmes held at Marcel corporate office in the capital on Thursday.
Marcel is conducting a digital campaign to build a customer database for ensuring swift and faster after-sales service.

In the digital registration process, the details of the customers and their purchased products including the name of the customer, contact number and the model number of the purchased product are being stored on a server so that customers can avail hassle-free after-sales service from any Marcel service centre, even if the warranty card is lost.
