Earlier, Sheikh Jamal made a good start in the league beating Chittagong Abahani 2-1 in the first match last Monday.
In the day’s match, two Gambian forwards Pa Omar Jobe and Solomon King Kanform scored for Sheikh Jamal DC, one in each half while Mehadi Hassan Royal netted the lone goal for Muktijoddha in the 93rd minute.
