Price
Since we prioritized Xiaomi as budget-friendly let's give you an idea of this latest beast in the fitness industry. It just came to the market, hence the final price is not announced yet. According to multiple sources, the global price is €44.99 (~$53) which comes approximately Tk. 5,100 (conversion rate is €1= Tk. 100). However, this is not the end price for the Bangladeshi market. The price may go higher based on the duty and taxes.
Design and Screen
The outlook might look similar to the previous version of Mi Band 5. It is because the newest version comes with a curved edge screen like the predecessor. Besides, the thickness, weight, and other stuff are almost the same. However, it has some slight changes such as jumping to 47mm case from 46mm. And the thickness is updated to 12.7mm from 12.45mm.
The screen size is also updated slightly. Xiaomi has increased the screen size on the edge by 50% than the MI Band 5. The AMOLED screen resolution of 152x 486 and sized at 1.56 inches gives a shiny look.

Battery Life
There are no changes on the battery other than its predecessor. Mi Band 6 comes with a 125mAh battery which can run up to 14 days. However, the battery life depends on the features you are using. So, increasing the brightness, continuous heart rate monitoring, turning on the sleep monitoring will certainly affect the battery life. But the good thing is, you can charge it while you are not using it. So, changing the device every 10 days is good enough to use all the features simultaneously.
Health Tracking and Fitness Features
For fitness tracking, Mi Band 6 drastically improved its capability. For daily activity tracking it uses the onboard accelerometer which counts the covered distance, daily steps, and burned calories. Besides, it also features a seven-day alert to the users about their weekly activities. Through the Mi Fit app, you can see in detail a report of your activities and health. Aside from this, the device will also send the inactivity notification, if it notices that you are inactive for a certain period.

Sleep Tracking
When you wear the device regularly, it automatically tracks your sleep routine and lets you know your sleeping time and gives a report on your sleeping habits. The report will consist of your sleep stage, duration of the sleep and it will even check out on your naps. The sleep analysis will send you feedback if you slept well, or have any problems in your sleep. However, your breathing also gets counted while sleeping. Finally, Mi Band 6 will provide you a sleep score and give you suggestions on improvements.
Stress tracking
It is an outstanding feature from Mi Band 6. It can send a report on your stress level using the heart rate variability and your movements. Furthermore, the device can analyze the stress level based on gender, as men and women pursue different levels of stress in different situations. Mi Band 6 comes with the optical heart rate monitor that offers continuous heart monitoring, spot measurement, and analysis on heart rest. Besides, it also monitors the heart rate during your exercise. After analyzing the rate of your heart for every 30 minutes it gives an almost accurate report on your heart. As a result, you will know if your heart is healthy or not. Other than that, the SpO2 sensor is a phenomenal feature. It can get you the report on your blood oxygen level through the iHealth pulse oximeter.
SmartWatch Features
The smartwatch on Mi Band 6 works on both Android and iPhone. You can connect the third-party application as well as the native app to use the smartwatch via your phone. The Mi 6 added 19 new sports profiles while the previous version contained 11 profiles. However, it will not take your shots while playing basketball, but it comes with the ability to tag your team on the court.
In addition to the manual tracking, it also tracks the exercises automatically such as treadmill, walking, rowing, cycling, and elliptical. However, the improved GPS and mapping support can track your area accurately. So, your phone gets the actual GPS data via the device.
