“We’ll have to face these menaces engaging people from all classes. So, you’ve to take appropriate measures in this regard,” she said while addressing the annual conference 2018 of Bangladesh Administration Service Association at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the city.
Terming terrorism and militancy as a common problem across the world, the Prime Minister said the government has curbed militancy in the country with an iron hand. “Now, the government continues its drives against drugs,” she added.
Cabinet Secretary Mohammad Shafiul Alam, and President of the Bangladesh Administration Service Association and Information Secretary Abdul Malek also spoke on the occasion while acting Water Resources Secretary and Secretary General of the Association Kabir Bin Anwar delivered the welcome speech.
