During the visit, the President asked the authorities concerned to give priority to ensuring quality in every phase of the development works.
He also instructed all concerned to complete the projects in time so that people can enjoy the benefits of development.
Besides, Abdul Hamid met a group of relatives of some late prominent people in the evening.
He also shared his feelings and memorable moments with the family members who lost their dearest ones.
Earlier in the morning, the President attended a mass reception accorded to him on the second day of his three-day visit to his home district Kishoreganj.
Kishoreganj Bar Association organised the reception on the district judge court premises to Abdul Hamid for taking oath as the President for the second term.
The President will leave here for Dhaka on Wednesday.
