Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and Chinese Premier Li Qiang held bilateral talks at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Thursday afternoon. The meeting began at 5:00pm local time (3:00pm Bangladesh time) and ended around 5:45pm, Prime Minister's Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Rumon said. After the meeting, several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed between the two countries. Rumon said Tarique Rahman led the Bangladesh delegation while the Chinese delegation was led by Premier Li Qiang at the meeting.
