With the ongoing celebrations of Mujib's Bangladesh, the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) in Dhaka is now a hotspot for the 10th Asian Tourism Fair and the 1st Bangladesh Tourism Development Summit 2023, an event that has become a staple in the world of tourism and the travel calendar for Asia.
This year's edition, scheduled from September 21 to 23, open for all from 10 am till 8 pm, promises to be even grander as it celebrates its milestone 10th anniversary. The fair is organised by Parjatan Bichitra.

The inaugural ceremony is graced by the presence of honourable Chief Guest, Mahbub Ali, MP, State Minister for Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism, Government of Bangladesh and Special Guests, Md. Mokammel Hossain, Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism, Government of Bangladesh; Md Rahat Anwar, Chairman, Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, Abu Tahir Muhmmad Zaber, CEO, Bangladesh Tourism Board and many others.
At the inaugural ceremony, State Minister for Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism Mahbub Ali said, “For the last 10 years Parjatan Bichitra has been doing relentless work through Asian Tourism Fair to promote travel and tourism in Bangladesh and represent Bangladesh in the international arena. We are doing our best so that Bangladesh becomes an emerging destination in the world, our master plan is now ready and we are determined to implement the same for betterment of all involved in the travel, tourism, hospitality, and aviation sector.”
ATF Dhaka is an annual event that brings together National Tourism Organizations (NTOs), travel agents, tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), airlines, cruise companies, attractions, embassies, and top travel associations in Bangladesh under one roof.
