Two buses were set on fire during a clash between BNP leaders, activists and police at Matuail area of Dhaka’s Jatrabari.
Confirming the development, Fire Service and Civil Defence Headquarters Control Room Duty Officer Lima Khanam said that two units of fire service reached the spot and doused the fire.

No one was injured in the incidents.
Clashes broke out between BNP leaders, activists and police on Saturday when the former gathered at several entry points of the capital to observe their five-hour sit-in programme.

Clashes were reported in Dhaka’s Shonir Akhra, Uttara, Matuail and Gabtoli around 11 am when the opposition activists took position there.
