They are – Abdul Khalilur Rahman Byapari, 62, of Nagarkanda upazila; his wife Jesmin Akter Bulu, 48; and Md Shahabuddin, 47, of Boalmari upazila.
Dr Mahfuzur Rahman, assistant director of the FMCH, said the three tested positive for coronavirus on different days in April and were undergoing treatment at isolation unit of the hospital.
“We've released them on Thursday after they were found to be negative for the virus in two separate tests,” he said, adding that these are the first recovery cases in the district.
Dr Saifur Rahman, director of the hospital, said they are currently treating two covid-19 patients and five suspected people at the hospital.
Meanwhile, the authorities withdrew the lockdown that was imposed on their respective villages.
Bangladesh has so far recorded 7667 cases and 168 deaths from the coronavirus.
When it comes to global context, the virus claimed 227,638 lives and infected 3,193,886 people.
