She said that notices have been issued to find out whether the members of these two families have any other assets apart from the seized assets.
Earlier on June 30, it was known that the ACC has issued notices to NBR, BFIU, Directorate of Registration, BSEC, BRTA, Registrar of Joint Stock Companies And Firms (RJSC) seeking wealth statements of Matiur and his family.
ACC secretary said that after primary investigation it has been found that Benazir, his wife Zeeshan Mirza, and their two daughters have attained assets other than known income. There is information that there are more assets in the country and abroad in their name and anonymously. So, according to law, the ACC has issued notice for submission of the assets statement separately.
