Executive Magistrate Ahmed Jamil, who operated the mobile court, said the Covid-19 positive passenger is a migrant worker who was sent to hospital.
Air Asia authorities have confessed to their crime, he said.

The flight with the coronavirus patient landed at Dhaka airport at 11:56 pm on Saturday.
The migrant worker didn’t know that he was Covid-19 positive but later came to know about it after conversing with other passengers.

He took the Covid positive certificate from a laboratory in Malaysia but he could not read the test report.

Besides, no one checked his certificate during the immigration at Kuala Lumpur or before boarding the flight.
