Bangladesh Cyber Tribunal Judge Md Ash Sams Joglul Hossain passed the order with the presence of Farabi as the prosecution failed to prove the charge against him.
According to the case statement, Farabi used to issue threats to different VIPs on social media. He also threatened Bangladesh Pratidin Editor Naem Nizam for publishing contents of the open-minded writer Taslima Nasrin.
